Best ever eye liner!
Creamy and soft - lovely to be able blend in for the smoky look. Can thicken to make eyes pop or apply lightly. The applicator really handy and easy to use. . I would highly recommend it. I didnt find it runny and I do not use a primer. Absolutely fab and am planning to buy a few other colours.

Long lasting, easy to apply, doesn't irritate sensitive eyes
I tried this in espresso, I feel like I found a UNICORN! Glides on without pulling, color is rich and it stays on my hooded asian eyes ALL DAY. I hope that you never stop selling this product.I have found my holy grail.The smudge tool pulls my skin a bit, that is the only negative thing about this. Make it a softer sponge end and this would be absolute perfection.

So disappointed
I have been a long time user of the double wear eyeliner because it stayed on my eyes and didn't move. The new formula is terrible and within minutes I have panda eyes. So disappointed that the new product is so terrible.

Need better color description
To the graphics department, the color dot and the visual product smear don't match on Night diamond and Smoke... It looks like they are reversed. Besides, I need every makeup product on the entire website to say if it's warm, cool, or neutral! It's only specific on some items.

Bought from duty free. Very disappointed with the quality of this product even though it's expensive. Unfortunately, I can't return it and get my money back. Never recommend it to anyone

Eye pencil
I use to love this pencil. Now it is too soft and doesn't last. I have to sharpen it more and it is a real disappointment. I have moved to other manufacturers. Sorry it was changed
