I use the 6/7 cocktail daily and there’s never any build up. The no 3 always makes my hair feel brand new! I love this line and will never stop using it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hair falling out and super thin now! I thought I loved OLAPLEX my hair was getting longer but than almost a month of use my hair start falling out and I mean bad! My bathwater would be covered in hair! Everytime I run my fingers through my hair at least 7 strands of hair come with it! My hair is soooooo thin now and I literally want to cry! I have used all OLAPLEX has to offer and I'm definitely going to stop using! I hope my hair comes back! Apparently there are 100s of people online with the same problem

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product, poor packaging Dear team, this is a nice product but getting into it from a new bottle is ridiculous! Especially when you take it into the shower. It’s extremely hard to unseal the bottle and had to resort to getting a knife to cut the seal… please can you sort out this issue going forward.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked at first, but hair is so damaged now. Was great in the beginning, but now my hair is a mess. I have been using this with the conditioner for about a year. My hair treatments have not changed but my hair is so damaged. Tons of breakage and has thinned dramatically. I had read online that this can happen due to too much protein or something like that. I wasn't really noticing since it happened slowly over time like when you are losing weight. But my hair looks awful. I am switching to another product altogether and have a long road ahead of me as my hair is very long and it will take years to restore it to where it needs to be. So sad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Shampoo I was out of Olaplex shampoo and conditioner for about a month, maybe two, & noticed that my hair was unruly and falling out (splitting at the ends) faster than usual. I wash my hair daily and Olaplex is the only shampoo that I like to use since I wash it so frequently. My hair is now shiny and looks a lot fuller after two months of using it again on a daily basis. It’s expensive but I can’t afford to be without it!

Nothing helped. Olaplex finally made my hair pretty again! I live in Florida and this product also helps with humidity issues. Highly recommend

Can this shampoo be used on keratin treated hair?

Yes, we recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after a smoothing treatment to begin OLAPLEX treatments again to allow time for that initial coating from the smoothing treatment to wear off again for OLAPLEX to effectively penetrate :)

Is the shampoo/ conditioner/ bonding treatment safe to use on a client that got a Brazilian blowout?

All of our products are safe to use on hair that has had smoothing/keratin treatments. We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after a smoothing treatment to begin OLAPLEX treatments again.
