Comparable to higher cost primers! A steal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the formula is great! It's not too sticky and no weird scent. I use this when I need my makeup to last a long time, along with the setting spray and so far it's been great! Don't need to spend much for a good product. I also love that elf is cruelly free and never breaks me out. Highly recommend
