Amazing!!!
I recently bought the minis of this product, their Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA, and their Squalane Cleanser. My skin has gotten so much better, and it is so easy to do this routine. I am on my way to buy the value sizes now! I definitely recommend. My only complaint is that the Squalane Cleanser smells a little funny. Other than that, I love everything about these products!!

Don’t use!
I changed my skin regime over to the ordinary products after hearing it was good and not overly priced. After a few weeks of use I noticed small bumps on my chin forming which later developed into cystic acne. I’ve never had issues with spots of my skin but my skin has never been worse. Trying this product was the worst decision as my skin has never been the same.

Holy Grail Alert
The Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% is the ultimate game-changer for my skincare routine. As my first foray into using niacinamide, this product has set an incredibly high standard. After putting it into my routine, I immediately noticed an unprecedented glow on my face—something I had never achieved before. I also discovered that pairing it with a BHA serum significantly enhances its effectiveness, giving even better results.
Out of curiosity, I experimented with other brands, only to find that none matched the effectiveness of this one. So currently on my eighth bottle, I'm not sure if it's the addition of zinc or perhaps the higher concentration of niacinamide, but this serum truly stands out.
If I had to choose just one product to bring everywhere, this would be it. I wish they could make a larger bottle option—120 ml just isn’t enough for how essential this has become in my routine.
A quick tip for fellow users: avoid combining it with any vitamin C products to ensure the best results.

Really good for inflammation
I've been using this for about a month and a half, I have quite frequent spots on my cheeks and combination skim with dry and oily patches. Have really noticed a difference since using this serum, with less redness, smoother skin and face feels less congested.

I am stunned (in a good way)
I have had persistent acne for 10 years and facial eczema for 3 years. When I first started using this, my skin reddened and flaked for about a week. Definitely stung on application for about 10 seconds. This stopped after 3 days. The next 3 weeks have been the best my skin has looked in years. All forehead acne has disappeared completely. Cheek acne is fading. Hyperpigmentation is fading. My eczema still needs some medical treatment but there's no doubt this serum is helping with that too. I am in shock. I have tried every skin treatment you can think of - retinoids, azelaic acid, antibiotics, steroids and more, and I am stunned at how uncongested and smooth my skin is looking right now. Absolutely thrilled with the results so far and sad it took me so long to be recommended this serum.

Did the formula change?
I love how this makes your pores shrink & it helps with oil control. However, I think the strength of Niacinimide is really high. It makes my face really sensitive and feels like I have a mild sunburn which can’t be good for my skin. My face is rarely ever sensitive to products so it’s not due to having sensitive skin. I used to tolerate it better in the past than I have recently so I’m so I’m wondering if there was a formula change

Made acne worse after 4 days
I bought this serum 4 days ago, started using it twice a day. First 2 days made my face look hydrated but on 4th day I suddenly got about 6 cystic acne looking spots on nose and areas under eyes and 2 on chin like painful and red swollen pores. Possibly could have been a reaction to warmer or sunnier weather on fourth day…I am going to stop using it and hope spots disappear quickly. I recommend buying the smaller size to test first.

Yes I would use niacinamide first then layer with hyuloronic.

Does this help with uneven skin tone ?
I personally didn’t find that it did. For me it helped reduce breakouts and control oil without being too drying.

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% can be used with the The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%, you would apply the Niacinamide first am only and then followed by the Azelaic Acid am and used without Niacinamide pm.
